Inactivating / Activating your Race

Race Directors have the ability to inactivate or activate their races.

Login to your dashboard and go to the race management area

Step 1 - Inactivate the Race

Select the race you want to inactivate from the teardown menu.
Select Event Applicants / Entry Form - Top Menu
Select Race Information - Left Menu

The Race Information page is where you activate or inactivate the race.

Next to the Active title, select No.

Scroll down and select update.

 

Step 2 - Inactivate the event(s) / Update race is closed message.

Once you have shut off the race make sure that you shut off each event in the race and update the race is closed message on each form. That will ensure that the applicants are informed that the race is closed and you can add additional details on race day registration or to contact the race director for more details.

Select the event that you want to work with - top menu
Select Event Applicants / Entry Form - Top Menu
Select Race Information - event form.

Next to the Active title, select No.

Update the Event Closed message.

Scroll down and select update.
