I have purchase protection and cannot attend an event. How do I make a Claim?

If you have purchased protection from Ticketguardian you can submit a claim using their Online Claim Submission form.

Enter your TicketGuardian Policy Number for faster processing. You can find this on your TicketGuardian Policy confirmation order you received after your ticket purchase.
