I have Fanshield purchase protection and cannot attend an event. How do I make a Claim?



If you have purchased protection from FanShield you can submit a claim using their Online Claim Submission form.

Have your FanShield Individual Certificate ID handy for faster processing. You can find this on your FanShield Policy confirmation email.

Here is an example of the confirmation email you would have received from Ticketguardian.
