Protect registrations with Fanshield

FanShield provides a simplified way for event attendees or participants to get 100% of their money back if they cannot attend for some unforeseen reason, eliminating the need for refunds and losses. Your customers get reimbursed for their non-refundable ticket price if they need to cancel due to covered illness or health, injury, job layoff, work and scheduling conflicts, weather, accidents, family emergencies, military or jury duty and more. Here is how it works for Participants.

Registration flow

Once FanShield is on, the participant will be able to select the option during the registration flow

1. Participant will fill out the registration form and click Continue

2. The participant will be able to select if they would like to purchase the protection

3. The Purchase Protection (FanShield) amount will appear at checkout and on the Billing information page.

4. The receipt emailed to the participant will also contain the FanShield purchase protection confirmation and the Policy Number.

Note: Ensure that you keep the email with the Individual Certificate ID for your records in the event you need to make a claim.
