How do I see / review the online registration and donations revenue?

As a Race Director you have access to view donations and pledges made to your event. When a donation is made on our system the Charity issues a tax receipts based on the full amount of the donation that is made. The Running Room withholds a 5% processing fee of the donation.

The Running Room registration system logs all on-line payments that take place through our secure payment portal and these are designated as Online payments. Depending upon the race set up there can be up to three revenue streams associated to a race.

1.    Applicant Registration fees - fees related to the applicants entry costs and other associate costs that the race may include. Payable to the race organization monthly.

2.    Applicant donations - donations to the event charity made by the applicant at point of registration. These donations are all logged here and are payable to the official charity directly. This reimbursement will be made direct to the Charity by the Running Room.

3.    Pledges - an athlete can pledge themselves and or solicit pledges from friends and family. These pledges are all logged here and are payable to the official charity directly. This reimbursement will be made direct to the Charity by the Running Room.


Here are the areas that you want to review. Ensure that you are logged in with your RD access.

On your dashboard select the Race Administration area

If you have access to more than one event select the current race from the race event listing - top right corner. On the Left Menu - select Budget.

Budgets cover the complete revenue of the race - Applicant Revenue, processing fees, as well as charitable revenue and online pledge revenue.

Reimbursements - Displays a summary of Applicant registration fees to be paid or remaining to be paid to the race and Donations to be paid / remaining to the Charity.

If you select the Race Summary you get an overview of the revenue centers including donations and online pledges.

Select Donor Pledges - There you can see complete donation details. Donors Name, Charity they donated to, amount, address and contact information, email address and if the donor directed the donation to an applicant their name appears as well.

Select Donor Report. This is where you can run a detailed report on donations made for the race. You can select the donation start and end date or leave the date fields blank to run the complete list of donations made to date. 3 formats are available. HTML you can view on screen. CVS or Tab separated files can be opened in Exel.
