When you register for an event you will see the following field asking if you would like to be listed on the public event confirmation list. If you select 'no' your name will not appear on the confirmation list or on fundraising pages.
If you have already registered and wish to amend your registration to Hide your name from the public lists there are 2 options for you.
1 - If your registration is assigned to your members profile you can amend the setting via your athlete dashboard. Login to your members profile and select the athlete dashboard link on the races tab.
Select the Pencil icon next the registration in the Edit Profile Column.
This generates your registration for the event. You can amend the display applicant field on the profile page. Note - make sure that you re-select confirm and continue to the confirmation page to update the registration.
2 - If the pencil icon is not displayed next to the race registration ( this means that the applicant edit cut off date has passed) or if you do not have a members profile with us you can contact the race director and they can amend your race registration to Hide your Name. Select the contact us link on the race you had registered for to email the race director.
