We have provided a very easy way for the race director to print labels for the race package preparation. It is a simple label which provides the race name, event, participant name, city, prov (state), country and t-shirt size. These are intended to allow the RD to easily prepare race packages.
In the Race Admin area select the event you want to generate labels for
from the Race/Event list. Select Mailing from the top menu. Then Race Kit Labels from the left Menu. The system generates an PDF file that you can print on an Avery 5163 Label.
The attached PDF template can be used to test print labels to ensure they print to your specifications. If you plan to print out the template you need to uncheck "fit to page" in the print locations or the image will be smaller than actual size.
