How do I see my purchase history/Reward Balance?

You are unable to see your points balance online, you are only able to view your purchases history.Please email loyaltyprogram@runningroom.zendesk.com to obtain your up to date points balance.

If you login to your profile and go to "view my orders" is will take you to another page and you can click "My in-store Purchases" or “ My Online Order” and it will bring up your purchases history.
