How do I see my purchase history/Reward Balance?

You are unable to see your points balance online, you are only able to view your purchases history.Please email loyaltyprogram@runningroom.zendesk.com to obtain your up to date points balance.

If you log in to your profile and go to "View my orders," you will be able to see your online purchases. You are not able to view your in-store history online.
