Why do I keep receiving error messages when trying to place an order using Safari?

If you are using Safari on a Mac Desktop computer and are receiving various error messages when on the Running Room website (being redirected to many times, site not being secure, application not supported) please confirm the version of software you are running:

  1. Click the “Apple” button located top left hand corner
  2. Choose about this Mac
  3. The version of OS X appears directly below “OS X”

If the version you are running is 10.8 or older (10.7, 10.6 etc.), it does not support our website using Safari and you will continue to have troubles. You have 2 options:

  1. You can update your software to 10.10 or 10.11 and Safari will support our website properly.
  2. You can download and use Google Chrome and it should work without any issues.
