How do I whitelist the emails from the Running Room?

The email you want to add to your whitelist is :

Check the help menu in your email account for instructions on how to whitelist sending domains.

Usually this selection is under the options menu.

For  example in Outlook mail.

Select the Safe / Blocked senders email selection.

This will ensure you get the emails from the Running Room

If you are using a work account or an email from a server where a service provider or IT department monitors or controls you receive you will need to contact them to see if there is a block on any of the domains that the Running Room has.
