The Running Room accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards and Visa Debit. Sorry but we do not accept Gift Cards for payment.
If you are using a valid credit card after multiple failed attempts to register we suggest clearing the browser cache. This will ensure any incorrect data is not being cached on the Browser.
This selection is under the Tools Menu in Internet Explorer. Select the Internet Options.
In the General tab select the Delete field under Browser History.

Ensure that you are entering the credit card information correctly - credit card number, expiry date, and verification number cannot have any spaces, dashes or hyphens.
