On your Fundraising Home Page under the personal page details is where you set your fundraising goal date. Select the Accept donations until this date field to generate the calendar and select your goal date.
Note - the default donation end date for races is the event day. Participants cannot select a donation date past the event date. If you are interested in raising funds past the event date you would have to contact the event director to see if the will extend the date.
