Emailing participants registered in your race.

As race director you can access the mail tool in Race Administration.

Login go to the Race Admin area > select the event from the top right corner.
Select Mailing to display the mail tool >




From this page you are able to select which event applicants you wish to address or you can choose all Event Applicants in the drop down menu.

Enter the subject and message > Select Preview. After you review the document select continue to send the message.


Note: In order to correspond with the correct applicant listing, make sure that you are selecting the correct year from the top left menu. The current year will be on the bottom of the listing. CASAL rules allow you to send emails to participants who have registered up to 2 years from the email date.


Email Tip - Compose and format the email in a Microsoft Word Document and copy / paste the content in the text field.
