How do I return shoes?

If you ordered from us online and wish to return your shoes and your order , find the steps to take below based on your location.
 
Canada:
  1. Simply head here, enter your order number, email address, and choose what you'd like to do (refund or exchange).
  2. Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping box or bag and drop off at your local UPS location.
United States:
  1. Simply head here, enter your order number, email address, and choose what you'd like to do (refund or exchange).
  2. Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping box or bag and drop off at your local FEDEX location.

Canada and United States:

Tip: If you need your new product urgently, we recommend that you simply place a new order. As soon as we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund.
By following above we will be able to process your refund in a timely manner.
 
Purchased at a store?
If you purchased your product in-store, please contact customerservice@runningroom.zendesk.com to arrange a return.
