If you ordered from us online and wish a return , find the steps to take below based on your location.
Canada:
- Simply head here, enter your order number, email address, and choose what you'd like to do (refund or exchange).
- Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping box or bag and drop off at your local UPS location.
United States:
- Simply head here, enter your order number, email address, and choose what you'd like to do (refund or exchange).
- Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping box or bag and drop off at your local FEDEX location.
Canada and United States:
Tip: If you need your new product urgently, we recommend that you simply place a new order. As soon as we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund.
