Race Directors have the ability to process full or partial refunds
on applicant transactions. Partial refunds can be done if you only need
to refund additional purchases.
Select the refunds Icon next to the applicants registration starts the process.
This Generates the Applicant Refund form with the participants applicant purchase details.
Simply enter the amount and select process refund. The applicants credit card is automatically refunded.
Important Note - Ensure that you carefully review the refund amount prior to selecting the process refund field. Most Races do not refund the registration processing fees.
